Rome is the capital of Italy and is just an amazing destination. The city breathes only culture and history, and you can not help but wonder in amazement throughout the city. Million travelers visit back every year in Rome and many, since there are just too many attractions to go during a single stay.

Here are some of my favorite attractions in the Italian capital to find and you should definitely visit when you get this visit to this spectacularCity.

Colosseum

The most famous attraction is undoubtedly the Colosseum, which is well over two thousand years old. More than 50,000 residents would sit down at the Coliseum and enjoy horse races and gladiator fights. The opening times are daily from 09:00 to 19:00 clock.

Trevi Fountain

The Trevi Fountain is also known as the Fontana di Trevi and situated in the center of the city. It has been shown in many well known films such asThree Coins In The Fountain movie. The legend is that if you throw a coin over your left shoulder, then into the Trevi Fountain you will return quickly to Rome in the near future.

Vatican

The Vatican is one of the most important religious places on the planet, and it is where the pope lives. The Vatican is the smallest country in the world and about 500 feet tall. Please note that it held several events and that it is openthe general public seven days a week.

Piazza Venezia

The Piazza Venezia is one of the most popular places in the city and is home to the body of the Unknown Soldier. The Palace, the seat was in the 15th Century is built.

Castel Sant'Angelo
